For $10, you may purchase a birthday message that will be displayed on the Blue Oaks Marquee on the date of your child’s birthday!
This form and payment must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the date you would like the message to be displayed. Early requests are appreciated. Requests submitted within 2 weeks of the date are not guaranteed to be displayed.
If your child has a summer birthday, you can choose their 1⁄2 birthday or another date of your choosing. Birthdays that fall on the weekend, holiday, or other date school is not in session will be posted on the closest school day. No last names will be listed. Messages will be displayed from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
